As we approach spring, we are gearing up for additional community projects, including road paving and more tree trimming. Once we know the exact dates will then inform the community. Please be careful entering and exiting the park.

Clean Up!

Park-wide cleanup is underway, please take advantage of the roll-off dumpster to discard any unwanted items to avoid fines. No appliances, no tires, no car parts, no liquids, and no yard waste are allowed in the dumpster.

New Ownership

On October 25th, 2022, Paradise MHP will rename to Chillicothe MHP and under new ownership.

We are excited to make many improvements to the park and to create a safe, affordable, and peaceful community for residents to enjoy. More news to follow.
